We are inclusive by design.
Radical inclusion is an inherent practice here. We provide a safe space for our siblings to be their most authentic selves and enjoy the benefits of an affirming siblinghood.
SUPPORT OUR PROGRAMS
New Partnership in NYC
This June, we held space for queer adults in partnership with the Queens Public Library. With your support, we can expand our programs to more communities across the country. Click below to make a contribution.
Don't Let It Break You
This October, Dr. Butterfly will introduce us to an indigenous mode of ancestral identification, lead a discussion on ancestral healing, and facilitate an experience of "gatekeeping" drawn from the Dagara people's conceptualization of homosexuality.
EXPLORE OUR FOUNDING
We are a radically inclusive siblinghood with HBCU roots.
Beta Gamma Chi was founded in 2009 by three undergraduate students of Lincoln University. They believed every member of the LGBTQ+ community should have access to safe spaces that affirm, validate, and humanize their experiences. Today Beta Gamma Chi continues to advocate for the welfare of LGBTQ+ students on college campuses and beyond.
We thrive in community.
We design programs for the LGBTQ+ community, schools, and businesses that center the voices and experiences of queer folx.
